We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Success Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Huyton. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and accommodations, helping students with special educational needs to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students' diverse learning needs.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
