About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker, you will work in small collaborative teams to provide people with recovery focused support to enhance their mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with long-term mental ill health.
  • Work with individuals to develop and implement their personal plans, focusing on their individual outcomes and identified goals.
  • Use your lived experience of mental health challenges to assist others in living a meaningful and fulfilling life in the community.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health challenges.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
