Mental Health Charity Board Member

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Board of Trustees at Health in Mind, a mental health and wellbeing charity based in Edinburgh. As a Trustee Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the charity's mission and ensuring its continued success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience of mental health difficulties, health and social care, finance, HR, or other relevant expertise. You will be expected to take part in some training to prepare you for the role and will be supported by a full induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of Health in Mind's strategy and policies
- Provide guidance and support to the charity's staff and volunteers
- Represent the charity at external events and meetings
- Ensure the charity's financial stability and sustainability
