Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves working as part of a team to carry out various services including setting up temporary traffic lights, installing, maintaining and removing traffic management systems. You will work closely with management and crews, taking instructions from the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting up temporary traffic lights as required
  • Assisting with the diversion of traffic
  • Maintaining and removing traffic lights within the required timeframe
  • Managing traffic flow at temporary traffic lights, ensuring public adherence to the lights
  • Safety assessments and ensuring sites are secure
  • Emergency response procedures and notifying relevant personnel
  • Being on-call for out-of-hours duties on a rota basis

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge of traffic management operations, hold a valid CSCS card and one or more traffic management tickets (Lantra –, M1/2, M5, M6,12AB Operatives and LTMO / TMF). Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings and awareness of RAMS documentation are also essential.
