Job Title: Adult Recruitment Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Thomas Gray Ltd as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Manager in lead generation, promoting opportunities, and managing our CRM system.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and mapping of talent to gather valuable market research.
  • Support the delivery of interim, permanent, and search assignments.
  • Collaborate with designated Consultants and Directors to develop and sustain client and candidate relationships to generate sales.
  • Assist in candidate identification, initial approach, and pre-screening.
  • Prepare and manage candidate CVs and CRM data.
  • Develop job adverts and determine the required criteria for roles.
  • Advise clients on candidate selection to ensure the best fit for both parties.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and organize meetings.
  • Identify potential new clients to create business opportunities.
