Fostering Supervision Specialist

Semester is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and families in need. As a Supervising Social Worker on our Mainstream Fostering Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare of Cheshire West and Chester's children is prioritized.
About the JobYou will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload of Foster Carer supervision and support, covering duties, facilitating support groups, and presenting Skills to Foster training. Your expertise will ensure that regulatory activity is completed to a high standard and within timescales.
Your Skills and Qualifications- At least three years post-qualifying experience as a Supervising Social Worker
- Skills in supervising and supporting fostering families
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
- A highly competitive salary of £38,849 per annum (paid weekly)
