Senior Executive Secretary to the Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Secretary to provide high-level support to our client's Sales Director.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an aptitude for quickly learning new systems, and the ability to produce polished charts, slides, and data visualisations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports with a strong focus on visual impact and accuracy.
- Ensure all travel aligns with the Sales Director's schedule and business priorities.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (3:30 PM finish on Fridays).
- Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with an additional day per year of service (up to 6 additional days).
- Insurance: Life insurance (3x salary) and private health insurance.
