About the Role

This Acquisition Support Manager will play a key role in the entire procurement cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating non-disclosure agreements, preparing solicitation packages, and evaluating subcontractor proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake thorough price and cost analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Analyse potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the organisation's interests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and supported programs, handling all subcontracts-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with programme management, contracts, project control, finance, business development, and customers as required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage subcontractor relationships and resolve complex issues.
  • Work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with English or Scottish Law.
  • Proficiency in word processing, electronic spreadsheet software, analysis techniques, and workstation tools.
