About the Role

Voscur is looking for an experienced Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with local communities and creating opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in community engagement and be able to work effectively with diverse groups. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders
  2. Facilitate workshops and events to build connections between communities and promote social inclusion
  3. Collaborate with local organizations to create opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers and promote social cohesion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community engagement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work effectively with diverse groups
