About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at NEXT. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
