Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store visual standards, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a personalized and engaging experience for customers.
  • Handle stock effectively, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals, working collaboratively to drive business success.
  • Be compliant with all opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Be a role model for our brand, embodying the Kurt Geiger DNA and maintaining high personal presentation standards.
  • Maintain store visual standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual merchandising display.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of KPIs and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.

  • Embody the Kurt Geiger DNA, demonstrating a customer-focused, brand-focused, and inclusive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Be a customer service ambassador, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
