About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail sales experience is an asset, but not required.
