Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for monitoring existing investments, underwriting new proposals, and making investment recommendations to our investment committee.
Key Responsibilities- Investment Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of existing investments and portfolios within our Real Estate Solutions platform.
- Investment Underwriting: Underwrite proposed new investments and make investment recommendations to the investment committee.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management and reporting of client portfolios, ensuring they are positioned to meet performance objectives.
- Risk Management: Monitor and review portfolios against risk parameters and other criteria on a regular basis.
- ESG Integration: Ensure that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations are fully integrated into the investment process.
- Business Development: Assist in the drafting of new RFPs and pitching for new mandates.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a self-motivated manner as well as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex investment ideas.
- Real Estate Experience: Real estate investment industry experience, with a strong understanding of multi-manager investment, funds, and secondary transactions.
- Team Player: A positive attitude, with a strong team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
