Join Our Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's finance team in Newbury, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage purchase ledger and create new suppliers.
  2. Input purchase invoices and ensure coding and authorisation compliance.
  3. Set up payment runs and send out remittance advices.
  4. Process employee expenses and credit card and fuel card expenses.
  5. Reconcile expense accounts and prepare payment runs.
  6. Manage and post remittances.
  7. Credit control and monitor debtors.
  8. Perform bank reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Good experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable and process.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • A strong communicator.
  • AAT Qualified or studying.
  • A working knowledge of XERO.
