Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills, with a strong ability to work with children and young people with additional and complex needs. They will be a team player who can build good working relationships with colleagues, and be flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient with a good sense of humour. The successful candidate will also be committed to ongoing personal development and have high aspirations in teaching and learning for all children and young people.
