SEN Tutor Specialist

- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs, encouraging their academic and personal development.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Cultivate engaging and interactive lessons that promote student progress and foster a love of learning.
- Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to student development.
- Relevant qualification in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEN support strategies.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required.
Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of SEN policies and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Additional certifications in Special Education would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a school environment would be beneficial.
- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
- A collaborative work environment with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20-£30.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence in the future.
