About Austin Fraser

We are a Top 60 firm looking to build our PSL team to support our multi-disciplinary legal practice. We require an experienced team leader to develop and lead a talented and high-performing team.

Job Description
  • The Professional Support Lawyer will lead the developments in best practice, improving the skills of our teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing technical input and insights into sector trends and legal developments.
Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Risk Management Partner to provide strategy for the development of the team.
  2. Mentor and support staff within the team to work across all practice areas and provide excellent support services to the firm.
  3. Liaise with the Risk Management Partner, COLP, and other senior management on working practices.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a law firm is ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
