Supporting SEN Pupils in Education

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school setting and make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining classroom equipment and ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Contributing to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
- Communicating with teachers and other staff members about student progress.
- Promoting inclusion and encouraging participation in learning activities.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
The successful candidate will work in a busy school setting with a variety of stafes including teachers, admin associates, therapists and nurses. They will also receive regular support from management and colleagues. Working conditions may vary depending on the school site and environment but will always provide the necessary facilities to ensure employees can perform their duties safely.
Estimated salary: £83.85 - £95 per day
Please note that pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advertisement is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
