Job Title: Mechanical Service Engineer

Location: Reading

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain building systems in a competent and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive repairs.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that all building systems are functioning correctly.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with building systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all building systems are properly maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in building maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 / FGAS and HVAC experience.
  • L8 knowledge.
  • PPM experience.
  • Corrigo knowledge (a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner.
