Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategy: Work with our Senior Management Team to create a change management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures a smooth transition for our stakeholders.
  • Plan and Organize Business Change Sponsors: Plan, organize, and train business change sponsors on methodologies and requirements for the adoption of new technologies.
  • Host Knowledge and Information Sharing Clinics: Host regular knowledge and information sharing clinics to ensure that our stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Manage the Change Network: Oversee the management of the change network, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Build and Execute Communication Plan: Develop and execute a communication plan that ensures all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.

  • Work with Developers: Collaborate with developers to create engagement materials that support our change management strategy.
