We're seeking a seasoned Strategic CRM Director to lead our CRM team, driving engagement and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all trading activities are addressed.

The role involves setting strategy for engagement and retention with a member-first approach, establishing clear targets and KPIs for the team. You'll also set up the operational framework for our CRM function, integrating with other key teams.

  • You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and nurturing a high-performing CRM team of 7.
  • Developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our CRM function and driving business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has proven expertise in CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing in a digital first or tech environment, both at a strategic and operational level. They have demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, with excellent influencing skills.

A strong analytical mindset, paired with the ability to solve complex business problems in a structured manner, is essential. Experience with Braze or substantial marketplace/ecommerce industry experience is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of £75,000-£100,000, depending on experience, as well as hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
