Job Overview
As a Quality Assurance Manager at Watford Community Housing, you will be responsible for leading the quality management aspect of construction projects, preferably within the housing sector. Your experience and skills will enable you to ensure high standards of customer service, manage quality tasks effectively, and work proactively with colleagues to deliver quality housing.

Responsibilities
You will be tasked with ensuring adequate and regular quality audits are undertaken, supported by in-house Clerk of Works. Additionally, you will lead on and manage all works within the Defects Liability Period, as well as work with internal teams to address quality matters related to new homes. Your ability to interact empathetically with various people will also be crucial.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a background in a Quality Manager capacity, with knowledge of the housing or construction sectors. You should have experience in the construction industry, leading quality control processes within construction projects in the housing sector, and hold a relevant professional or technical qualification. A UK driving licence with access to a suitable vehicle is also required.
