Senior Quality Manager - Watford Community Housing

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our Partnerships team at Watford Community Housing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality management and assurance, who wants to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will lead the Quality and Aftercare Team, ensuring that our housing developments meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with internal teams to address any quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Quality and Aftercare Team to maintain high levels of quality during the project lifecycle
  • Managing audits and quality control processes
  • Resolving latent defects and working with internal teams to address quality-related issues
  • Developing and implementing quality procedures and best practices

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in quality management and assurance. A good understanding of quality requirements and their application in construction is essential. We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 28 days' annual leave and an employer pension contribution of up to 11%.
