About The Caraires Consultancy

We are a leading provider of insurance services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Renewals Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping our customers find the right insurance policy for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers who are looking to renew their insurance policies, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Update internal systems with customer details, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Arrange payments with customers, either over the phone, via bank transfer, or direct debit.

Requirements:

  • Clear and concise telephone manner, with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone, with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, with a strong understanding of data entry and management.
  • Background knowledge of insurance policies is desirable, although not essential.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, such as a call center or retail setting.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential.
