Job Overview:
We are seeking a Renewals Advisor to join our team. The Renewals Advisor will be responsible for managing and renewing existing customer contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with existing customers to renew contracts and subscriptions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong English language skills for clear communication

Pay: £23,800.00-£27,500.00 per year
