Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all vacancies within the company, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with management to understand vacancies and obtain information on roles.
  2. Proactively manage all vacancies by posting, updating, and removing them on our system.
  3. Screen CVs for suitability to work in our care homes.
  4. Arrange interviews with Home Managers.
  5. Review interview notes to determine successful or unsuccessful applicants.
  6. Support candidates through the initial recruitment process and provide outcomes from interviews.
  7. Deal with a variety of questions through telephone and the monitoring of the recruitment inbox.
  8. Actively support internal Home Managers and provide advice and guidance on the recruitment process.
  9. Update Head Office recruitment boards with available vacancies.
  10. Work closely with our Recruitment Compliance Officer following all appointments.
  11. Collaborate with agencies to arrange temp to perm contracts.
Requirements
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment with a varied workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Full knowledge of Right to Work documentation is essential, especially when receiving applications from overseas nationals.
