We are looking for an experienced Nurse to take on the role of Oncology Care Coordinator at Nurse Seekers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to cancer patients.

In this role, you will administer IV infusion therapies in the clinic and in patients' homes. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care. Accurate input of patient data into systems and maintaining detailed documentation are essential aspects of this position.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and patient management is also essential. A deep understanding of current oncology care practices and advances is necessary for delivering high-quality care.
