Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Exemplary Performance: Drive exceptional results in every aspect of running the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive Succession Planning: Develop and implement a clear structured succession plan to ensure the continued success of the business.
- Make Critical Decisions: Make informed decisions that impact the success of the business every day, taking into account financial, operational, and customer service considerations.
- Manage Costs and Wastage: Ensure that food costs, labor costs, and wastage figures are within company parameters, driving revenue and creating a profitable business.
