Job Title: Deputy General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Deputy General Manager at Aztec Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest journey and experience, while leading our front of house, food and drink, and spa and spa treatment teams.

About the Role:
  • Manage key operational teams to ensure the highest levels of guest experience are provided at every touch point.
  • Deliver the operational and sales strategy for all areas, working closely with the Heads of Department to support recruitment, retention, and training.
  • Coach and develop all Departmental Managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Complete monthly P&L reviews with your managers, reporting results and actions to the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in an Operations Manager role in Four Star Hotels or above.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry and market place, with awareness of the challenges and opportunities.
  • Skilled in delegation and multi-tasking, with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
