Complex Programme Delivery Role
As a Complex Programme Delivery Manager at Tesco, you will oversee the delivery of intricate technology programmes that contribute to the company's growth and success. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to lead the programme, mitigating risks and navigating complexities along the way. Your expertise in programme delivery methodologies will enable you to establish efficient plans and strategies for successful outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and tracking plans to achieve programme goals, including technical implementation plans. You will need to maintain clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to other TPMs and Engineering/Product teams, leveraging your experience and knowledge to drive results.
To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record of delivering technology and/or infrastructure projects across multiple teams and geographies. Strong project, stakeholder, and programme management skills are essential, as are excellent communication and influencing skills.
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
Location: Flexible, with 60% office time and 40% remote work
