**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver therapeutic care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Provide day-to-day management and leadership to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in residential childcare.
  • Level 3 qualification in caring for children and young people.
  • Fully qualified driver with access to a vehicle.
