About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Bobbi Brown Cosmetics stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days and hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
