About the Role

The Deputy Dean is a critical leadership position that oversees the academic, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives within the Faculty. Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty, this role is responsible for leading talent development, ensuring alignment with the Town House Strategy's strategic goals, and collaborating with central functions as a business partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of academic talent and ensure alignment with the Faculty's strategic goals
  • Collaborate with central functions as a business partner to drive innovation and excellence
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and improve the student experience
  • Enhance teaching quality and manage academic support functions
  • Support Early Career Researchers and academics transitioning back to research
  • Play a crucial role in enhancing the Faculty's reputation and global presence
