The Role

Kingston University is a leading institution in the UK, providing exceptional teaching and learning to over 20,000 students across four faculties. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Deputy Dean to join our team and contribute to our ambitious strategy for growth and development.

As a key member of our faculty leadership team, the Deputy Dean will play a critical role in shaping the academic, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives within the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences. This will involve leading talent development, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and collaborating with central functions as a business partner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of senior leadership experience, a strong academic background, and a passion for driving change and transformation. They will be comfortable with driving innovation and excellence, and will be able to lead and support our mission, vision, and behaviours of wider cultural change.

The Person
