Job Title: Deputy Dean of the Kingston School of Art

Job Summary:

The Deputy Dean is a critical leadership role that oversees the academic, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives within the Faculty of Arts. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead talent development, ensure alignment with the Town House Strategy, and collaborate with central functions as a business partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of academic programs and research initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Graduate School to support Early Career Researchers and academics transitioning back to research
  • Enhance the Faculty's reputation and global presence
  • Manage academic support functions and improve the student experience
