Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing the store's operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
