About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail or hospitality leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory costs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors
  • Motivated by results, with a focus on achieving high standards and delivering excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
