Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including stock management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Sales Growth: Implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
