Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including stock management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field.
