About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our Corporate and Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through new business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert leads into new business opportunities, ensuring client needs are fully represented.
  • Craft and maintain relationships with insurers, introducers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for income, conversion rates, and lead generation.
  • Listen to client challenges and provide solutions, negotiating and influencing effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Make technical decisions that benefit clients, teams, and the company.
  • Chase clients for documentation and orders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in new business, with a strong understanding of sales and client service.
  • Customer-focused approach with prior experience in a telephony-based service role.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Good literacy and numeracy.
Qualifications
  • 5 GCSE A*-C including Maths and English.
  • A-level (desirable).
  • Cert CII (desirable).
