We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amplifon in Colchester.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the diary to ensure a perfect mix of sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
- Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance with minimal supervision.
- Personalize welcome calls for new and existing customers to maximize attendance and show appreciation for the benefit towards driving revenue.
- Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible and through effective promotion and selling of add-on products where there is an appropriate need/benefit.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
- Manage the look and feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards, including visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, and general appearance/cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels in the shop to ensure the right amount of products are available.
- Total customer devotion and being a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and the needs of the customer are always met.
- Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, with previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems preferred.
- Sales skills, with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs, and all Support Office departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
- Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
