About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Southern Housing, providing high-quality care and support to our residents and service users.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on resident and service user needs.
