Salary: £17,588 pa for 28 hours a week (FTE £21,985 pa) + benefits
Location: Isle of Wight
We are seeking a skilled Care Worker to join our team at Southern Housing, providing personalized care and support to residents and individuals who use our services in line with established care and support plans.
As a Care Worker, you will work with older people, frail elderly, people with a learning disability, and others, delivering high-quality care and support that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to residents and individuals in line with established care and support plans
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and individuals
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care setting
- Knowledge of care and support principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
