Job Description:

The Support Practitioner role involves providing support to service users in a variety of settings. This may include supporting individuals in their own homes, in community settings or in hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Assisting service users with daily living tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
