Job Description:
As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals in their own homes or community settings. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
