ESG Officer Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an ESG Officer to join our team at CMS Distribution. The successful candidate will provide support with administration, research, and presentations to Senior Directors and the wider business, new process roll outs, and coordination support, alongside ESG and Compliance Project Management from start through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the collection, organisation, and analysis of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
* Analyse results and develop action plans to ensure CMS has a best-in-class ESG program.
* Develop corporate communications strategies and materials in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team for the communication of ESG initiatives to all internal and external audiences.
* Monitor and track progress against ESG goals and metrics.

**Requirements**

* Bachelors degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
* Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format.
* Minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience from an ESG background.
* Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, task-driven approach, time management, attention to detail, creative thinking, and strong research skills.
