We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trials Proposal Manager to join our team at New Scientist - Jobboard. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needs
  2. Preparing viable RFP calendars and ensuring RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner
  3. Organizing, attending, and leading strategy calls for RFPs
  4. Developing draft budgets in CLARITY
  5. Contributing to study modeling in VISIONAL
  6. Reviewing clients' specifications, obtaining quality feedback from various stakeholders within the company
  7. Working with the budgeting team to develop competitive final budgets
  8. Preparing vendor RFPs and obtaining vendor quotes
  9. Providing support for bid defense meetings

Requirements:

  1. College or University degree
  2. Experience in managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CRO
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  4. Writing and editing skills
  5. Analytical skills
  6. Time management and organization skills
  7. Flexibility and creativity in responding to potential clients
