Job Overview

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country, providing a wide range of general and specialist clinical services.

The Clinical Trials Pharmacy consists of Pharmacists, Technicians, Practitioners, Assistants and Apprentices working together to support research teams across the trust and external partners.

Main Duties:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for maintaining the supply chain of Clinical Trial medications, managing financial records, completing drug accountability activities, closing down and archiving completed studies, and facilitating meetings with sponsors.

You will work closely with research nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of clinical trials.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant Pharmacy Technician qualification and registration with GPHC.

A strong understanding of pharmacy practices, regulations, and quality standards is essential.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
