About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability professional to lead our UK Sustainability Team. As Head of Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, working closely with the Transformation Director to ensure the business delivers innovative solutions to meet our sustainability targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Director to plan, agree, and execute the sustainability strategy across the UK.
  • Ensure the business continually works to deliver innovative solutions to meet our sustainability targets.
  • Become the organisation's source for sustainability market insights, best practice, potential risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Build and create measurable reports to ensure the company achieves internal and external goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability into overall business operations.
