About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to support our ambitious new homes programme. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the group's loanbook, reviewing cashflow requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cashflow reviews across the group entities to maintain liquidity and compliance
  • Manage short-term cashflow forecasting and oversee monthly reporting for Treasury
  • Provide valuable support for the treasury committee and board, producing monthly reports and managing the security pool
  • Assist the treasury team with new funding analysis and produce external Treasury documents
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key banking, advisory, and valuation partners
Requirements
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in a relevant professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven background in a finance or treasury role, delivering high-quality work to deadlines
  • Strong experience with cashflow forecasting, managing liquidity, and financial analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in preparing reports for senior stakeholders or external audiences
